Rates

Rates quoted are on per night, per room basis. All meals, beverages and additional expenses such as telephone calls, faxes and spa services are not included in the room rates.

Reservations

As a small and exclusive boutique hotel which relies on advance bookings, full payment of the accommodation must be received in order to make a reservation. Please note a reservation is not considered confirmed until a 100% deposit has been received. Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a reservation confirmation at which time you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate size of our hotel, cancellations affect us significantly, therefore we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. No credit or refund will be given in whole or in part for days not used resulting from late arrival or premature departure. In case of a cancellation, 50% of the TOTAL booking fee will be returned with at least 45 days notice minus 20% of the total to be refunded due bank and administrative fees. Notice must be received in writing by email or fax. There will be no refund for cancellations made 44 or fewer days prior to the arrival date. There are NO REFUNDS for Christmas/New Year's bookings from Dec. 21st to January 3rd. Given our need to adhere to the above cancellation policy, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL/TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE. A list of providers can be found at: www.insuremytrip.com.

No Children

Please note we are an ADULTS ONLY destination. Exceptions are made for full resort rentals only and depend on children's age, as safety concerns for small children are an issue. 

Responsibility/Loss or Damage to Property

Please be advised we are not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with us or during your participation in any of our arranged activities. We will we not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or property contained within such while parked on or entering/leaving the premises. We will not accept any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival of international or domestic flights, civil disturbances, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or failure of any machinery or equipment. 

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
