Dining
Our talented in-house gourmet chef provides our guests with a myriad of options to choose from:
- Breakfast is not included in our base room rates, but is available every day from 7:30 – 9:30 AM either in our dining area or on your private balcony. There are no additional charges for room service. No advance notice is needed to order breakfast.
- LUNCH and/or DINNER are by request. Everything is prepared from scratch and a menu is created based on your preferences and the freshest available ingredients.
- It's your choice! We've arranged the dining options at Casa Chameleon to provide you with ultimate flexibility and quality. You can eat in our beautiful open air Rancho, or if you never want to leave your Villa and order your meals in-room, you can easily opt to do so.
Cuisine at Casa Chameleon is inspired by the best aspects of the Costa Rican diet and lifestyle; healthy, sun-kissed, wholesome and natural ingredients combined to create scrumptious gourmet meals. We take pride in catering to your needs, so please let us know of any favorite dishes or special requests in advance and we'll try our best to ensure your satisfaction. Similarly, please let us know if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs so that we can tailor a personalized menu for you in advance of your arrival.

Full board: Enjoy Breakfast, lunch and dinner all prepared a la carte by our Gourmet Private Chef.

*Meal plans are prepared by our gourmet chef from a set menu that showcases the best of Costa Rican flavors. Some exceptions may be made due to special dietary needs, but these must be arranged at the time of purchase. Prices may vary due to requested menu changes.
