The hotel is set in a grove of Pochote trees in whose shade lush tropical gardens have been planted. The bungalows, designed by Italian architect Valeria Negrini, combine modern lines and comfort with local materials. A typical palm thatched "rancho" houses the restaurant which overlooks the beach side swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Florblanca Resort was designed for low impact, privacy and exclusion. 10 extravagant villas on 6 acres of white sand beach. -- "I absolutely loved the place, it was so relaxing. The food was excellent, I liked the Neptune Steak most. Cocktails were brilliant. The surf guide was brilliant company, he also took us on the canopy tour and Montezuma and Mal Pais. The beach was fantastic, hardly any people, great for romantic walks. The sea water was warm as a bath."
